The second product in the SakeBrooklyn LAB series, brewed by SakeBrooklyn Brewing Co. in a Japanese brewery, was designed by Goto of SakeBrooklyn with Brooklyn, a city famous for its craft beer, in mind. The sake is made with brewer's yeast and 93% polished rice.
