The first product in the SakeBrooklyn LAB series, brewed by Sake Brooklyn Brewing Co. in a Japanese brewery. Abe Sake Brewery graduate and SakeBrooklyn employee Ueda has brushed up the recipe from his graduation project. The aim was to create a modern flavor while using traditional methods to make this a staple product in New York.
