<About Summer Mix>
◎Taste: We attempted a rare method in sake making, blending two types of sake brewed in separate tanks with different yeasts and rice polishing ratios (the ratio of how much of the outer layer of the rice is removed) in a golden ratio, to create a new flavor.
While it has a rich sweetness, it has a refreshing aroma reminiscent of summer, such as pineapple and muscat, and has a clean aftertaste that makes it easy to drink.
We recommend drinking it at a temperature of around 5℃ to 10℃ in a wine glass.
◎This is a limited quantity item and sales will end once production runs out.
